- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup green peas, cooked
- 1 tablespoon pickle, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped (cooked or uncooked)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle apple with lemon juice.
- 2 combine with remaining ingredients.
- 3 chill.
