Tuna Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 apple, chopped, leave peel on
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup green peas, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon pickle, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, chopped (cooked or uncooked)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle apple with lemon juice.
  • 2 combine with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 chill.
