- 1/4 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 185 g tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 3 small tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Recipe
- 1 combine couscous with water in a medium heatproof bowl, cover; stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. mix in remaining ingredients.
