Tofu Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -2 ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the blender, cover and process 15-30 seconds using on/off pulse action to break up ice.
