Teriyaki Egg Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 420 g tofu
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 8 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 drain water off of the tofu & dry as much as possible.
- 2 dice the tofu.
- 3 heat up a non-stick skillet.
- 4 place olive oil in skillet.
- 5 place cubed tofu in skillet carefully & cook until brown.
- 6 add the teriyaki sauce & mix well.
- 7 add the egg whites & scramble.
- 8 cook until most of the excess water has evaporated from the tofu.
