Fruit Slush

Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 46 ounces pineapple juice
- 6 bananas (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan.
- 2 heat until sugar is dissolved.
- 3 add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
- 4 fill 6 or 7 ice cube trays with mixture.
- 5 freeze until firm.
- 6 remove cubes from freezer trays and store in plastic bags.
- 7 use within 6 months.
- 8 makes about 100 small cubes.
- 9 fruit slush: fill a glass with fruit slush ice cubes.
- 10 add ginger ale to cover.
- 11 let stand 15 minutes, stir and serve.
