- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 4 bay leaves, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mexican hot sauce (cholula)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken for 4 hours or preferably.
- 2 over nite.
- 3 bbq as usual on the grill.
