Top Of The Line Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 ounces shredded ginger
- 2 cups light soy sauce
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
- 8 ounces ketchup
- 1 dash marsala wine
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
- 2 dip out some sauce and make a slurry with an equal amount of corn starch, about 2 tbs each.
- 3 stir in slurry and stir simmering until it is the thickness you wish.
- 4 don't add too much, or it will turn to brown jelly.
- 5 freeze what you don't use.
