Tahini And Caraway Roast

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 450 g carrots, cooked and mashed
- 100 g ground sunflower seeds
- 125 g ground pumpkin seeds
- 100 g rolled oats, soaked and drained
- chili, deseeded to taste (optional)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 65 ml water
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook onion and garlic in a little water until soft.
- 2 add 1/2 tsp of tamari and mix all ingredients together. add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 grease muffin tines and spoon in the mixture. cover with baking paper and bake for 1 hour in the oven. uncover and bake for 10-15mins to brown the top.
