Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ounces ginger, grated fresh
- 2 quarts water, plus more later
Recipe
- 1 simmer apple cider vinegar, molasses, sugar, and ginger in 1 to 2 quarts of water for 15 minutes.
- 2 add enough water to make a gallon of beverage.
- 3 chill and serve. for optimal benefit, do not strain out the ginger. optional: add 1/2 cup of oatmeal at beginning.
