Spiced Mushrooms

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

Recipe

  • 1 blanch mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pat dry.
  • 2 put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight.
