Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 2 cups brown sugar or 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy
Recipe
- 1 spread the cranberries in an iron skillet that has a cover.
- 2 sprinkle the sugar over the berries, cover the skillet and place in over at 250f for 1 hour.
- 3 remove the lid and pour the brandy in the skillet serve.
