- 1 pint assorted cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- chopped fresh parsley or chives
Recipe
- 1 in 10-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high. add cherry tomatoes and salt, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until tomato skins split, shaking skillet frequently. sprinkle with parsley or chives.
