Ingredients

- 3/4 cup dannon nonfat plain yogurt (6 oz.)
- 1/2 cup lowfat 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup frozen sliced mango
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 add everything together in blender.
- 2 blend for about 30 seconds.
- 3 makes about 2 cups, drink with a straw!
