Floating Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberry (or cantaloupe balls)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jello strawberry flavor low calorie sugar-free jello (or orange)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup ice cube
- 1 cup thawed cool whip lite, divided
- 6 tablespoons thawed cool whip lite, divided
Recipe
- 1 divide strawberries (or cantaloupe) between 6 tall dessert glasses.
- 2 stir boiling water into dry jello in medium bowl at least 2 minutes til completely dissolved.
- 3 add cold water and ice cubes, strring until ice is completely melted.
- 4 remove 3/4 cup jello and pour evenly over berries.
- 5 refrigerate 20 minutes or until jello is set but not firm.
- 6 add 1 cup cool whip to remaining jello.
- 7 stir with gently wire whisk til well blended.
- 8 spoon evenly over jello.
- 9 refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- 10 top each parfait with 1 tbs cool whip just before serving.
- 11 store leftovers in the refrigerator.
