- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam green beans in broth about 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- 2 stir in onions; mix well.
- 3 combine vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. stir into green beans. cook and stir until glossy. season with pepper.
