Ingredients

- 2 bay leaves
- 4 drops tabasco sauce
- 5 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 4 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 1/3 cups cold water
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine bay leaves, tabasco sauce, onion, salt and tomato juice.
- 2 simmer 10 minutes.
- 3 soften gelatin in cold water,.
- 4 dissolve in juice mixture.
- 5 add vinegar.
- 6 strain and jell.
