Tomato Aspic

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 drops tabasco sauce
  • 5 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 1/3 cups cold water
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 combine bay leaves, tabasco sauce, onion, salt and tomato juice.
  • 2 simmer 10 minutes.
  • 3 soften gelatin in cold water,.
  • 4 dissolve in juice mixture.
  • 5 add vinegar.
  • 6 strain and jell.
