Ingredients

- 3 tomatoes, washed and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced finely
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Recipe
- 1 arrange the tomatoes and onion in a bowl and pour over the vinegar.
- 2 season with salt and pepper.
- 3 leave to stand for at least 15 minutes before serving.
