- 6 large tomatoes or 12 small tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice large tomatoes, or if using small ones, halve them.
- 2 arrange on a plate.
- 3 sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper over the top.
- 4 sprinkle parsley and oregano over the top.
- 5 drizzle olive oil.
- 6 crumble feta over the top.
