- 4 -6 tomatoes
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 bunch green onion
Recipe
- 1 slice tomatoes about 1/8" thick, lay flat on a plate.
- 2 scoop about 1 tsp cottage cheese on each slice, spreading evenly across the tomato.
- 3 cut or chop green onion and sprinkle over cottage cheese.
