Ingredients

- 3 bananas
- 1 pineapple (chunked)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 2 mangoes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 3 -4 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 chop the bananas into fourths. peel the kiwis the cut into small pieces. peel the skin off the mangoes cit into chunks.
- 2 in a blender add 1 cup orange juice, bananas, pineapple, 1 cup coconut, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp lime juice, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 tbsp honey, 2 mangoes and 2 kiwis. blend tell smooth.
- 3 add the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, yogurt and ice cubes. blend until as smooth as you like.
- 4 sprinkle the rest of the coconut over the smoothie. add whipped cream if you like.
