Sylvia Sebastini's Bean And Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna (i use the packets of albacore)
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 drain and rinse beans in colander.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 chill if desired.
