Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna (i use the packets of albacore)
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse beans in colander.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 chill if desired.
