- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed
- 1 cup fresh rhubarb, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 dash lemon juice (optional)

- 1 puree, spread on dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate for several hours.
