Pizza Dough

Total Time: 2 hrs 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 pour 1/2 cup of the warm water into a mixing bowl, stir in the yeast, and set aside until foamy, about 10 minutes.
  • 2 add the remaining water, olive oil, and salt, then beat in the whole wheat flour followed by the enough flour to form a shaggy dough.
