Mint Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (i use malt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Recipe

  • 1 combine the water and sugar in small pot.
  • 2 stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  • 3 bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint.
  • 5 cool slightly and serve in a jug.
