Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (i use malt)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Recipe
- 1 combine the water and sugar in small pot.
- 2 stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3 bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint.
- 5 cool slightly and serve in a jug.
