Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
Recipe
- 1 place sugar and water in small saucepan.
- 2 bring to boil.
- 3 boil just for a couple of minutes, so that all sugar is dissolved and syrup is clear.
- 4 add mapleine (extract) to taste (as dark as you want it).
- 5 store in refrigerator, covered.
- 6 this recipe can be adapted to make any amount of syrup- just always double your sugar to water, ie 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water.
