Mayonnaise-free Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green olives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • mix tuna, celery, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, black olives, green olives, green onion, and cilantro together in a large bowl. beat olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl; drizzle over the tuna mixture and toss to coat.
