Mayonnaise-free Tuna Salad

- 1 (12 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 3 tablespoons sliced green olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- mix tuna, celery, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, black olives, green olives, green onion, and cilantro together in a large bowl. beat olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl; drizzle over the tuna mixture and toss to coat.
