Cheddar Bratwurst Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 bratwurst sausages, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 small red potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Ready Time: 3 hrs 10 mins

  • place bratwurst sausages, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, bell pepper, onion, red potatoes, cheddar cheese, and water in a slow cooker. season with salt and black pepper. cook on high until potatoes are tender, about 3 hours.
