- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup strawberry, mashed (fresh or frozen)
- 2 strawberries, cut in half for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in a tall glass, alternate layers of yogurt, applesauce and strawberry mash. (i made it like this, strawberry, yogurt, applesauce, yogurt, strawberry, yogurt -- ).
- 2 top with strawberries for garnish.
