- 3 cups chopped peeled english cucumbers
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 cover and chill at least 2 hours. serve with a slotted spoon.
