Perfect Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 340 g fresh cranberries
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 75 ml water
  • 10 ml lemon juice (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the liquids have reduced to a thick cranberry sauce.
