Crawford Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole strawberries
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
