- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped

- mix pico de gallo, shrimp, and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl. cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, 8 hours to overnight. fold avocado into mixture just before serving.
