Strawberry Fields Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes, or as desired
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed, or to taste (optional)

  • blend spinach, strawberries, cucumber, carrots, banana, apple, water, ice cubes, and flax seed together in a blender until smooth.
