Sweet 'n Sour Onions

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb onion, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 coat 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  • 2 heat over medium-high heat.
  • 3 add onions and cook until golden, 5-7 minutes.
  • 4 stir in water, ketchup, barbecue sauce and vinegar.
