- 2 mangoes, diced
- 2 cups papayas, diced
- 1 kiwi fruit, diced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- squeeze lime juice
Recipe
- 1 blend one mango with the lime juice to make a sauce.
- 2 add all the other ingredients to mango sauce and mix well.
- 3 spoon into romaine lettuce leaves to make a green wrap. enjoy!
