Ingredients
- 1 lb peach, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons mint leaves, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 mix well in mixing bowl or blend all ingredients in a blender for a smoother salsa.
- 2 refrigerate for 24 hours.
- 3 this salsa freezes well.
