Winter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 throw the ingredients in a blender or whatever other method you prefer for smoothie-making, and enjoy!
