Simple Flax Cracker

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • spices (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix flax seed meal with water and spices. let rest 2-3 minutes.
  • 2 on a piece of parchment, press and gently spread the mixture with a fork, until the shape desired. microwave for 2.5 minutes or until cracker is solid.
