1 cup orange juice
4 -6 frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana, peeled
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Recipe
1 place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2 pour into glass and enjoy!
