Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced (sometimes i leave the seeds)
- 1/4 cup watercress
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 microwave the cucumber 1.5-2.5 minutes on high, covered letting the steam escape.
- 2 put everything in the food processor or blender and whirl.
