- 340 g fresh cranberries
- 200 g caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 75 ml water
- 10 ml lemon juice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the liquids have reduced to a thick cranberry sauce.
