- 2 lbs fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup cilantro, loosely packed (or more to taste)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depending how spicy you like things)
Recipe
- 1 pit and slice the peaches.
- 2 coarsely chop the cilantro.
- 3 combine all ingredients and toss to mix.
- 4 chill for at least 2-3 hours to blend flavors.
