Spicy Black Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, onion, and garlic. sweat the onions for about 2 minutes.
  • 2 add the cumin and beans. stir and add the red pepper flakes.
  • 3 simmer for about 5 minutes.
