- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, onion, and garlic. sweat the onions for about 2 minutes.
- 2 add the cumin and beans. stir and add the red pepper flakes.
- 3 simmer for about 5 minutes.
