Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana (cut into slices and frozen)
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ice cubes
- sugar (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place the sliced bananas then the yogurt, milk, dry milk powder, vanilla, ice cubes and sugar (if using) in a blender.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 serve immediately.
