Kiwi Ice

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 12 kiwi fruits, peeled, cubed
- 2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 1/3 cups corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 puree the kiwi and orange juice in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
- 2 pour through a sieve to remove the tiny seeds.
- 3 stir in the corn syrup.
- 4 pour into a non metal container and freeze for about 3 hours or until almost firm.
- 5 place in food processor bowl and process until fluffy.
- 6 return to freezer and freeze until firm.
- 7 to serve, let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes and then spoon into serving dishes.
- 8 garnish with a sprig of mint and orange slice if desired.
